Since 2008 I have been experimenting with the abstraction of the figurative form through photography and the moving image. Within my practice, I craft a relationship between colour, form and abstraction by juxtaposing unique, hand-crafted c-type prints alongside Xeroxes and video within installation. Through this process there becomes a transformation of the figurative into something new and ambiguous.

nearly but not quite
Joerg Colberg had recently posted my work on his Conscientious Photography blog. Conscientious is now one of the most world widely viewed photography blogs, so finally somebody has written something about my work. well almost.
